The following terms and conditions are the basis of an agreement between you as a customer and us as a tour operator.

Insurance
Arctic Living Ilulissat has a product insurance. Please notice that we consider dogsledding to be a form of extreme sport and before we start up, we will give you safety instructions and ask you to sign an “Exclusion of liability”.
Booking:
You can book for trips and tours pr. mail or by phone. We will confirm your booking by email. We need your name, address, email, and phone number to contact you in case of cancellation of a tour. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your contact informations.
Payment
You can pay by wire / bank transfer, cash or Mobile Pay. Please note there can be fees that your bank is taking for handling the transfer. By booking trips for longer than 3 hours we will by email send an invoice for prepayment of 50 % of total amount. When payment is received we will send you a booking confirmation by e-mail.

Cancellations
Arctic Living Ilulissat reserves the right to cancel trips in the following cases. Bad weather, disease by the musher or in cases outside the Arctic Living Ilulissat control. In these cases the prepayment full amount will be refunded. It is only the mushers who makes decisions in these matters. We will also try to find alternative ways like another time or another date for the tour if it fits your program while you are in Ilulissat.
Cancel by costumer
Cancel of a booked trip 30 days before – full prepayment will be refunded.
Cancel of a booked trip 14 days before – 50 % of prepayment will be charged.
Cancel of a trip less than 72 hours before start there will be full charge of the prepayment.
